OMG...seriously this book!!! I fell hard and fast for Make Me Yours! Everything about it. It just made me feel good. Well, not always. There were a few moments I wanted to throat punch a few people, but then Remi would do something super swoony and those people were quickly forgotten.Remi was unapologetic in his pursuit of Ruby and boy oh boy was that sexy AF! A man who goes after what he wants? Yes, please! Ruby was sassy and confident, yet a bit insecure. The connection these two had from the start was intense. I love what these two characters brought out in one another!Ruby's bond with Remi's precious daughter Lillie was absolute perfection!If you are looking for a book that is low on the drama and high on the sweet and sexy, then this is definitely your book. It is a must read!
Omg this books gives me all the feels. Remi & Ruby will definitely pull on your heartstrings but Lillie is a show stopper. Beautifully written and once you start reading you won’t want too stop. From page one I was hooked and the ending, perfection. Tia has become an author that no matter what she writes, I’ll always one click and never be disappointed. Truly an amazing read that will have tears in tour eyes and also a smile on your face. Another 5 Star read that everyone must read.

This book is phenomenal!! Gives you all the feels!! Ruby and Remi- amazing together!! And sweet Lillie just adds to the beauty of this book!I love the moral battle they are fighting themselves. It’s not rushed, they want to do the right thing but they really care for each other, there is kindness and compassion.... so good!! And Lillie is always their priority!!Ruby wants to be independent- love this line:“Maybe I do want to be a part of their life, but I want to be independent first. I want to make the choice.†She is so kind with Lillie, I love their relationship!Remi- he’s broken, loyal, so drawn to Ruby but always is thinking of Lillie!!It’s sweet, steamy, has great supporting characters, it has amazing little details that fill your heart, full of conflict but it comes out of love. It made me laugh, it made me cry, it made my heart whole! Tia Louise did such an amazing job with this book! For sure a top 2019 read for me because I just feel so good at the end of it!! Thank you Tia Louise!!

Written with alternating dual POV, Make Me Yours is a single dad romance and it was undeniably entertaining. Something about the way Tia Louise writes a romance just sucks you right into her stories. I am not usually a huge single parent romance fan but sometimes they are done right and that’s the case with Make Me Yours. Tia balanced out the single parent responsibilities with a relationship between Remi and Ruby that was a little taboo—he hires her to be his daughter’s Nanny—and such close contact really allowed the fires to be stoked between Remi and Ruby. The tension between them was delicious and this slow burn romance really sucked me in. Reminiscent of a Disney fairytale, Ruby is swept off her feet by her own personal Prince Charming, and what a beautiful ride this story took us on. The characters were believable and while the book was a quick and easy read, Ruby and Remi had layers to them that unfolded perfectly. I loved watching them come together as a couple and vanquishing their own dragon, in this case Remi’s mother-in-law (from his first marriage). I can’t recommend this book enough!Quotes:Here, on the balcony overlooking all of Manhattan, under a sky filled with stars, I’m sure I’ve found something money can’t buy.My mind drifts to the way she took Lillie’s invitation to play that Disney princess scene last night. Ruby didn’t care who saw her. She didn’t care if it was silly. She only cared about getting to know my little girl and making a friend. Seeing her that way did something more, though. It found a crack in the wall I’d built around my heart. It took all the feelings I’d set aside and stirred them up, twisting them into a new and unexpected emotion. I realized in that moment… I am different.Ruby is fiercely independent, and she has her own unique style. She’s not a follower. She’s not a member of the herd. She doesn’t seem to want anything from me other than honest work, and she’s amazing with my daughter.…when I see her, emotion hits me hard in the chest. My feelings for her have grown so strong over the past week and a half. I don’t want her to date Henry. I want her to stay here with me.
